Whole Beef: Approx 875 pounds hanging weight, yielding approx(*) 475 pounds of packaged beef.
Half Beef: Approx 440 pounds hanging weight, yielding approx(*) 220 pounds of packaged beef.
Quarter Beef: Approx 220 pounds hanging weight, yielding approx(*) 120 pounds of packaged beef.

Whole: $4,375.00
Half: $2,200.00
Quarter: $1,100.00

We are currently accepting bulk beef orders for various processing dates in 2026. All our beef is processed at USDA certified facilities and can be picked up at the processor or we will deliver your beef within a 100-mile radius for a charge of $100.
