We raise Black & Red Angus-Simmental cross bred cattle.

Our ranch is nestled in the beautiful Sandhills of Nebraska, located near Mullen, Nebraska.

Our Sales & Distribution Team is based in Firth, Nebraska. 

Is this grass-fed or grain-fed beef?

Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished. This grain ration gives the cattle the nutrition they need, while simultaneously raising tender, mouth-watering beef for our customers.

what is the weight of a ¼ Beef?

A quarter beef is typically between 120-150 lbs packaged weight.

Where is your beef processed?

We process all our beef through USDA inspected facilities across Nebraska.

What is the difference between hanging weight and packaged weight?

Hanging weight is the carcass weight after slaughter (hide, head, organs removed) and before cutting; it’s usually about 55–65% of live weight. Package weight is the take-home meat after aging, trimming, and deboning, often 60–75% of the hanging weight, and it varies based on your cut choices (bone-in vs. boneless, trim level), which also affects your effective price per pound.

Can you ship your beef?

• We currently offer shipping for our beef bundles and quarter beef orders. Customers purchasing half or whole beef have the option to pick up their order directly from the processor or, for a $100 delivery fee, have it delivered within a 100-mile radius of the processor.
• Our beef is shipped in a heavy duty corrugated cardboard box surrounded by 100% recyclable insulated liners.
• We use dry ice to keep the beef at the desired temperature during transit.
• We ship via UPS Ground.

When will my beef be shipped?

We ship once a week on Mondays unless otherwise noted.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We cannot ship to PO Boxes; please provide a physical address.

Are there shipping costs?

Shipping is automatically calculated based on your order and address, so you will not know the exact amount until your order is complete.
