Shipping Policy

SHIPPING OUR DRY AGED BEEF

Finney Ranch Beef ships all perishable orders on Mondays of each week, unless otherwise noted.

Standard shipping is typically through UPS Ground. On certain occasions and locations we utilize UPS Next Day Air, which is mutually agreed upon before delivery. Finney Ranch Beef charges a calculated rate per shipping address. Finney Ranch Beef offers no guarantee of delivery with incorrect addresses. Please ensure all shipping addresses are correct prior to submitting your order. Packages are clearly marked “perishable” and will expire if not kept cold. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that the contents of the package can be refrigerated promptly upon delivery. Finney Ranch Beef is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or perish due to the recipient not being available at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure someone is available to receive a gift package at the time of delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make any special arrangements upon delivery for any order shipped to any apartment address. Typically, UPS will deliver to an apartment lobby. UPS will deliver to your doorstep with “No Signature Required”.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time in addition to the shipping transit times. As an example, if we receive an order on a Wednesday for transit to Florida, this order would not be shipped until the following Monday.

Weather Delays: Finney Ranch Beef reserves the right to temporarily refrain from processing orders based on severe weather in the transit process. Customers are notified immediately via phone and/or email of the delay. Usually occurring during winter weather, typical delays are 1-2 business days.

Our beef is individually vacuum-sealed, packaged with enough dry ice to keep them at the desired temperature during transit, surrounded by recyclable insulated liners, and then placed in corrugated cardboard boxes to provide that added protection while it is in transit. Your beef should arrive frozen, partially frozen or thawed yet still contain ice crystals when opened. Partially thawed beef, as long as it is still cool to the touch, can be safely re-frozen for later consumption. It is the responsibility of the
consumer to follow all health and safety guidelines when thawing and handling the beef products.

Dry Ice – Packages may contain partially sublimated (evaporated) dry ice. This is common in the shipping process. Avoid touching any remaining dry ice with bare skin. You may leave dry ice inside the box to evaporate or use gloves to remove and dispose of the ice in a well ventilated outdoor location away from children and pets.

Finney Ranch Beef only ships beef within the continental United States, we do not ship internationally.
