Scott is a fourth-generation rancher who’s continuing a proud family legacy of raising high-quality cattle right here in the Nebraska Sandhills. With a deep-rooted passion for ranching and rural life, Scott brings decades of experience and dedication to everything we do.
Together with his wife Tammy, they’ve built Finney Ranch Beef with one goal in mind: bringing homegrown, top-quality beef straight from their ranch to your table.
Married in 2015, between the two of them they have 5 children and 8 grandchildren.
John and Heather Vik

John and Heather Vik live in Eastern Nebraska with their four kids. Heather, daughter of Tammy Finney, grew up on a Western Nebraska farm where hard work, responsibility, and doing things the right way were part of everyday life. John, an Air Force veteran and career law enforcement officer, built his life on the values of integrity, service, and excellence. Together, these values form the foundation of everything they bring to Finney Ranch Beef, where they oversee sales, marketing, and business operations.
When they’re not working or keeping up with their kids’ busy schedules, John & Heather enjoy cooking, traveling, and live music.
